I used to have a problem where my knives would always dull quickly. After a few years I found I had dozens of knives, but they were all useless and dull. I decided I needed to invest some money into some good knives.
I did some research and I had no clue there was such a large market for quality knives. There are tons of manufacturers out there such as Ron Gaston Knives, William Henry Knives, Chris Reeves Knives, and even some handmade knives.
In the end I purchased the William Henry Knives, and I haven’t had a problem since. They stay sharp and I’ve had them for years without troubles.
